As you can see, micheal2572's [SAPD] website is now live and available to the general public and [SAPD] officers. This of course means that [SAPD] is in business and ready to go.

To those ends, I have been appointed as leader of [SAPD], since Pole hasn't the time to do it anymore. Any questions, comments, or concerns should be directed to the [SAPD] board. Disciplinary issues may be directed to myself.

At this time, my current plans are to create a less ad hoc recruitment system, assign FTOs for training purposes, establish a command staff of the 5 most senior officers, and gather input from those within the [SAPD] in order to determine a further direction from herein. We, together, run [SAPD] and every opinion will effect it in the overall....I'm just here to organize it and make it happen as well as helping to oversee Pole_Ice's previous standards for the group.

The first order of the day I'd like you to focus on is to think of ideas, play Crazy Bob's CnR as much as possible, and be very very visible. It is preferable to have recruits come to you rather than you go to them, but just presenting a positive consistent image is a step in the right direction.
